The Berkeley Marina features sweeping views of San Francisco as well as the Bay. It is a great place for a bbq, picnic, or to fly a kite. Berkeley Marina hosts a day-long 4th of July event with a fireworks show at night. The Kite Festival is also held there at the end of July.
