The Advanced Light Source is located at the top of the hill at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Scenes from the 2003 Ang Lee fillm Hulk were filmed here.

2007-11-04 22:10:09 I hiked up there last week to shoot some sweet crystals and hopefully collect enough data to solve a structure. The crystals turned out to be salt, but it was still pretty rad to go up there. —PatrickVisperas
